Angela DeFinis is the founder and President of DeFinis Communications. She is a speaker, trainer, consultant and writer who has spent over twenty years helping business professionals communicate more effectively. Angela has coached thousands of individuals to overcome limiting speaking behaviors and develop a broader repertoire of powerful speaking skills. Before turning her attention full-time to speaker training and coaching Angela facilitated managers in leadership programs, led strategic meetings and team building efforts, and trained employees in sales techniques, communications skills and career development. Prior to that she worked in theater and frequently calls on this background by incorporating various acting techniques into her training. Christopher J. Lydon is the Vice President of Sales and Consulting Services for DeFinis Communications. He has been a member of the training industry for over twenty years, including twelve years working as an account manager and consultant for Learning International/Achieve Global. His consulting practice is focused on improving the management effectiveness of sales and service organizations. Christopher believes that the ability to create and deliver a compelling presentation can have a critical impact on business success. He brings extensive experience in supporting both national and global account teams through strategic coaching. Christopher works closely with DeFinis Communications clients to design program implementations that have the greatest positive impact. Kathy Andre works with individuals and teams as a communications consultant and coach. She has successfully worked with many individuals as a speaker coach, media trainer and life coach and has guided teams to high performance through improved team dynamics and self management. Kathy has worked with DeFinis Communications since 1997 and has been in the corporate training industry for twenty years. Her clients enjoy working with her because she balances energy, compassion and a pragmatic approach to helping individuals and teams achieve their goals.
